Dolce di farina gialla

(Maize flour cake)

  • 2 cups of maize flour
  • 2 coups of flour
  • 2 coups of sugar
  • 2 coups of milk
  • grated lemon skin (just one lemon)
  • 1 small bag of yeast

Mix very well all the ingredients and put the mixture in a buttered tin, bake it for about 30 minutes at moderate temperature.
