This was one of the many ways to use "marroni" in Mugello.
1/2 kilo of sweet flour, 2 eggs, rosemary and sufficient milk in order
to mix all the previous ingredients. Make a quite liquid mix and put it
in a tin and bake in hot oven until it reaches the right consistency to
cut it.
