  • 7 egg white
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 kilo of sugar
  • Half glass of caramel, to give colour
  • vanilla
  • cocoa melted in some milk

Beat the egg white with caramel. Add sugar, flour, cocoa and vanilla, always mixing and then let it stand warm for a whole night and the morning after bake it at moderate temperature.
