The
"prugnolo" is a mushroom which grows in spring time in meadows
and bushes; it is scientifically called "Lyophyllum Georgii".
Fry lightly some garlic, oil and parsley; chop the "prugnoli"
and put them in a pan with the other ingredients, burn all this stuff
lightly, and then dress abundantly tagliatelle or spaghetti. This sauce
is also used to dress canapés by spreading it on bread slices.
