(Small birds under cinders)

This course was originally prepared by hunters. Birds need to be plucked, cleaned, salted and peppered and then folded in yellow paper lightly wet. Today it is possible to use tinfoil to fold them and then cook the small birds under hot cinders of the fireplace.
