Uova con la salsiccia

(Eggs with sausage)

Take two or more sausages according to the number of guests, peel them and crumble them in a pan and make them fry lightly in their grease.
Beat the eggs with some salt, but just a little bit, and pour them on the sausages. Cook one side of the omelette and then the other and serve it hot.
