Tuscan dinners at your location

Bring our chefs home with you and offer your family and friends a fantastic evening with traditional Tuscan dishes and the best Tuscan wines.
We’ll organise it all for you and bring the ingredients and wines, all you have to do is provide the kitchen. We’ll get there at 5.00 p.m., prepare the menu chosen by you.
If you want you can watch us and take notes of our recipes.
For dinners for up to 8 people it will be the chef himself who serves you at table, at around 8.00 p.m., or for larger numbers, there’ll be an additional waiter. Both will tell you about the origins and key features of the dishes and wines. After diner we’ll clear up, wash the pots and pans, dishes and glasses and tidy up the kitchen.
You can choose from one of the following menus, or else suggest dishes and create your own personalised menu with us. Quality wines will be served for adults, such as Barco reale produced by Fattoria Ambra or Chianti colli senesi from the Fattoria del Cerro, while children will be served fruit juice, with a ¼ bottle per person included in the price. Those wishing to accompany the dinner with more important wines, can choose from a wider wine list.

A TUSCAN DINNER FOR FRIENDS

HAND-MADE PASTA
  • Pasta fatta in casa: preparation of different kinds of pasta, cutting by hand and machine (spaghetti, taglierini, fettuccine, tagliatelle, etc.)

During your dinner we serve good quality Tuscan wines, included in the price. If you want some special bottles, we can agree to serve special bottles.

The price includes: one of our chefs for up to 8 people and a chef plus waiter for larger numbers, at your premises so long as not more than 50 km from our premises in Florence or Lucca, all the ingredients for the dinner, wines for adults and fruit juices for children, preparation of the meal and clearing up afterwards, washing of kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and glasses used for the dinner.
The apparel and style of our chef and waiting staff will be informal. For elegant dinners, we can also provide you with everything you need: tables, chairs, linen tablecloths, silver cutlery, crystal glass etc. Prices and programmes to be agreed.
