Roman Camomile, Anthemis
nobilis camomile
|
|
Family of compositae
Anybody who has never seen the sight of a cornfield with poppies and
camomile has lost the vision which best represents the idea of healthiness
and beauty of the countryside.
|
Use
Everybody knows the flavour of a cup of camomile when suffering
of insomnia. But the plant has also tonic and antispasmodic affects.
Women use it as a sedative for painful menstruation and like a shampoo
to lighten the hair. |
