The flowers of this plant are one of the best species of the Apennines
because of its intense blue colour; as this plant is rare we recommend
not to pick it up even if its root is one of the best existing tonic.
Use The plant favours the digestion and it is possible to prepare
infusions with white wine or liqueurs like the ones sold in Alpine
areas.
