Family of labiateae
This is an aromatic herb which grows along the sunny and dry escarpments
and flowers during the month of July. Only the flowered tops and the dried
leaves are used. It can aromatize pizza, salads with tomato, potato and
aubergine. Its flavour is different compare to the one of oregano-marjoram,
but it is pleasant.
