Wild sorrel, Oxalis acetosella

Family of oxalidacee

This type of grass, whose leaves are very similar to the ones of clover and whose white flowers blossom during May-June, grows in woods and in fresh and shady clearings.

Use
The slightly sour leaves are used to prepare mixed salads, as the intense flavour of wild sorrel make salads become very tasty.
