Its flowers are one of the first to blossom in Spring, they are bright yellow and they stand out on pulpy leaves, which are bright and dark green. It commonly grows along rivers and woods.
Use
 Its leaves are used to prepare salads mixed with some other vegetables and herbs giving a fresh and soft taste.
