But it is essential to walk on the meadows of Apennines so that we can smell a spiced and intense scent and the sensation of pure air; and if we ask ourselves about this smell we can realise that it comes from the flowers of thyme, whose lilac small flowers and green leaves, if trampled on, exhale their scent.
