Boil, peel and search the chestnuts "marroni". For one kilo
of peeled "marroni" use 800 gr. of sugar, 250 dl of water, 50
gr. of icing sugar. Cook for 20 minutes.
If the mixture is too thick, add some milk before ending the cooking.
