Salsiccie col cavolfiore

(Sausages with cauliflower)

Scald in salted hot water the small flowers of a cauliflower, and then drain them.

At the same time brown the sausages with oil and crushed garlic cloves. In the same oil cook the cauliflower and the sausages. Serve them with a pinch of grinded black pepper.
