This plant is common in mountain meadows, it blossoms during June and
July. Many people know its sedative properties.

Use
For this purpose the root is dried and crushed and left to infuse.
It represents a help for all the nervous troubles and it is a medicine
used by the official pharmacopoeia; but it should be used carefully.
Roots have an intense and characteristic smell, which is preferred
by cats and once it was employed like a perfume. |
