The meat from Toscana is known in all the world for the famous “fiorentina”, a particular beef steak on the bone, cut thick and cooked over coals. But Toscana offers a great variety of meat, as can be seen in this section, which vary from particular species of beef to poultry. Animals bred on small farms, some even still in the wild state, like this the meat is guaranteed genuine and excellent in nutritious value.
