- 250 gr. of sugar
- 180 gr. of flour
- 50 gr. of peeled almonds both sweet and bitter
- 6 eggs and 3 egg yolks
- grated lemon skin
Separately
whisk the egg yolks with sugar, add the flour and the egg white, whisked
until stiff. Mix everything, form a Vienna loaf with almonds on the top
and bake. When the cake is ready cut it in order to give to these pieces
a biscuit shape.
