- 2 cups of maize flour
- 2 coups of flour

- 2 coups of milk
- grated lemon skin (just one lemon)
- 1 small bag of yeast
Mix very well all the ingredients and put the mixture in a buttered
tin, bake it for about 30 minutes at moderate temperature.
